Create one in Settings, write it in the editor, or upload a .skill, .md or .zip package, then activate it and attach it from the composer plus menu. The skill chip above the composer confirms it is in use.
Try a new skill on typical, sparse and unusual examples before sharing it, and make sure it asks for missing context. Workers and agents can use skills too, and the Marketplace Skills tab adds ready-made ones to your library to customise.
