What each lesson covers

Click the + button at the bottom of the composer and look at the three tabs: Skills, Brands, Connectors. Pick the tab that matches what the next message needs instead of typing an @ name.
Select a reusable method and confirm its skill chip appears above the composer.
Click +, open the Skills tab and choose your team's Meeting-minutes skill, then paste the transcript and type: Turn this into minutes for the finance committee: decisions, actions with owners and dates, and open items.
Select the kit for this chat and confirm its brand kit chip; kits are deliberately selected rather than silently applied.
Click +, open the Brands tab and select the Harbourside Dental kit, then ask: Design an A5 flyer for our new Saturday clinic hours: headline, three patient benefits, phone number and booking link.
