Role-based learning
AI for HR teams
Onboarding, hiring, handbook answers, and the weekly pipeline.
The HR guide hires an onboarding agent first. Given your handbook, the role description and a start date, it builds a 30-day plan with weekly goals, people to meet, policies to read with their handbook section, and checkpoints. Its goal says to use nothing outside the attached documents.
An interview agent drafts role-specific questions and a scoring guide from the role description, for the interview panel to review. A handbook agent is told to answer staff questions from approved documents only and to say when a question is not covered. A Friday routine reads the hiring tracker and names each role's stage, the candidates waiting on someone in the team and anything unchanged for more than seven days, before a stall costs a candidate.
Hiring decisions, pay, performance and conduct matters, and anything that changes someone's employment stay with the people responsible in HR. The agents prepare drafts and reports for them.
