What each lesson covers

The tutorial, lesson by lesson.

01

Create the kit in Settings

Open Brand Kit and start with approved guidance, templates, logos, palette, fonts, or a pasted voice description.

Open Settings from the bottom-left avatar, choose Brand Kit, and create a kit named Northbank Physio. Upload the logo files and brand-guidelines.pdf, add the palette hex codes and the two fonts, and paste the voice description from your website's About page.

02

Make the voice operational

Turn broad adjectives into choices Oppermind can apply.

In the kit's voice section, replace the adjectives with decisions: Direct over expressive: lead with the outcome, one idea per sentence. Concise over explanatory: headlines under ten words. Conversational over formal: say you and we, never the client or the firm. Never use world-class, seamless or unlock.

03

Add visual rules

Record typography, color, composition, imagery, and accessibility requirements.

Add these to the kit's visual rules: Headings in Fraunces, body in Inter. Primary navy hex 1F3A5F on white; the coral hex FF6B57 only for one call to action per page. Photographs of real completed buildings, no stock imagery. Text contrast at least 4.5 to 1, and never place text over a busy photo.

04

Test across formats

Check one message in a document, presentation, and campaign asset.

Click +, open the Brands tab and pick the school's kit, then type: Produce our spring enrolment message three ways: a one-page letter to parents as a document, a five-slide deck for the open-day talk, and one social tile as a design. Same message, length suited to each format.

05

Attach it to the chat

Choose Brand Kits from the composer plus menu and confirm the kit’s brand kit chip before creating.

Click + in the composer, open the Brands tab, choose the Ridgeline Outdoors kit, and check that the brand kit chip shows above the composer before you type: Write the online-store description for our new 40-litre hiking pack, 120 words.
