Connect in Settings
Open Settings and Connectors, choose a catalog service, and complete its supported OAuth, key, token, or hosted MCP setup.
Open Settings from the bottom-left avatar, choose Connectors, pick your accounting software from the supported services, and complete the sign-in it offers: OAuth for most services, an API key or token for others, an MCP endpoint for some.
Choose the smallest useful scope
Limit sources, permissions, and destinations to the job at hand.
When the project tool asks what to share, choose only the Warehouse Move project rather than every workspace, and read access if that choice is offered. Then attach it from the Connectors tab and type: List Warehouse Move tasks overdue by more than a week, with their assignees.
Attach, review, and remove
Select the service in the composer Connectors tab, confirm its chip, then review inputs, approvals, and write-back actions.
Click +, open the Connectors tab, choose your email service and check its chip. Type: Draft a reply to the latest message from Colleen at Bayside Council confirming Tuesday's site visit. Show me the draft, do not send it. When done, remove the connector chip with its close control.
