Document Manager and artifact organization
Find, reopen, download, and organize the files created in each conversation.
Doc Manager collects the files a conversation produced, so you do not scroll back through messages to find them. They are grouped into documents, visuals, data and other files, and each group collapses when a chat has many outputs.
Open a file and it returns to its own Oppermind editor, whether that is a spreadsheet, a deck, a design, code, email, PDF, image or video. Download the exact file you need, or open the full manager when the work spans more than one conversation. Agents file their deliverables here too, which is where the role guides check each new hire's first output.

Summarise a contract, mark it up by hand or from chat, fill and sign a form, redact what you can't share, rearrange pages, then protect and certificate-sign the final copy.
Share your work and edit it live together
Share documents, sheets, decks, designs and projects by email, edit them live on a computer or phone, and keep changes from colliding.
AI for legal teams
Contract questions answered from your documents with the clause cited, obligation and renewal sweeps, meeting actions and background research as a team of agents that drafts and organises but does not give legal advice.

Organize generated work with Doc Manager
Find every file created in a chat, reopen it in its native editor, download it, or move into the full document manager.
Work on your own files with Oppermind Desktop
Attach a folder on your PC, edit the originals with a safety version behind every save, let Lato edit a file for you, undo with local history, and take a file with you as a cloud copy.
