What each lesson covers

The tutorial, lesson by lesson.

01

Write the shared brief

State the audience, objective, source material, constraints, and files the work must produce.

Attach launch-notes.docx and pricing.xlsx, then type: Audience: independent bike shops. Objective: get them stocking the Mira e-bike range from March. Produce three files: a two-page dealer brief as a document, a six-slide pitch deck, and a price-and-margin sheet from pricing.xlsx. Constraint: nothing below RRP minus 15%, plain language.

02

Let Oppermind plan the outputs

Review how the deliverables relate before generation begins.

For the board pack (report, deck and KPI sheet), before you make anything show me the plan: which file carries the detailed numbers, which one summarises them, and what each file takes from the other two. Wait for my go-ahead.

03

Steer work while it is created

Correct assumptions early and preserve approved work instead of restarting.

While the training pack is still being built, type: The facilitator guide and the slides are right; keep them exactly as they are. The participant workbook should be exercises only, no theory, A4 landscape. Change just that file.

04

Review across native editors

Check the substance, layout, formulas, links, and export behavior of each deliverable.

Open each tender file in turn. With the pricing sheet active, type: Check every total formula references the right rows and flag any hard-coded numbers. Then with the tender document active: Confirm every appendix link opens the appendix it names.
