01

The team for this work

Which agents to hire, which Marketplace templates start them, and the order they need each other in.

Start from the work, not the tool: Brand-voice editing, decks in your type and colour rules, feedback themes on a design and a weekly competitor watch as a team of agents wired to your brand kit. The team is Ari · Brand (Brand writing and editing), Noor · Decks (Presentation building), Ivy · Feedback (Customer feedback analysis), Competitor watch (Website and competitor monitoring). Each starts from a Marketplace template, imported as your own copy, renamed and re-goaled on the setup card; nothing personal and no creator credentials come with a template.

Practice. Open Marketplace, Agent templates, and read the Instructions and Integrations of each template on this list before you import anything. Note which sources each one will ask you for.

Marketplace → Agent templates → open Brand writing and editing. Read Instructions, then Integrations.

02

Hire the first wave

Import, rename, and give a goal with the deliverable, the sources and the finish line.

Import agent creates your copy and opens the setup card. Rename it, replace the goal with yours, and choose When to work. The brand editor is the first hire because with the kit attached it fixes the words on every page before anyone lays out a slide.

Practice. Import Brand writing and editing, rename it Ari · Brand, and paste your goal on the setup card. Choose Now, once, and Continue. Check its first deliverable in Doc Manager before the next hire.

Name: Ari · Brand. Goal: Using the attached brand kit, rewrite the attached landing page copy in our voice: keep every claim, cut anything the kit's tone rules forbid, and return a before/after table with the rule you applied on each line. When to work: Now, once.

03

The group and the second wave

Run the team in one room; hire the rest once the first deliverable exists.

Create group chat, name it Design pod, add Ari · Brand, and post what the team is for. Then hire the second wave with goals that start by reading the first wave's document. @Name directs one member, @everyone the room, Work ↗ opens a member's own session. The deck builder uses the brief and the kit's type and colour rules; the feedback agent turns usability notes into themes; the watch reports competitor changes with links.

Practice. Create Design pod, add each hire as it joins, and ask every member to post what it made and the one thing it would flag.

@everyone Welcome to the design pod. Ari's rewrite is in the workspace. Noor: build the launch deck from it with the brand kit attached. Ivy: turn the attached usability notes into themes with counts. Watch: report what changed on the three named competitor sites, with links.

04

The routine that keeps working

One recurring job on a schedule, then a status round and a grade.

Competitors change their sites without telling you; a Monday watch tells you. Every run is a session under Finished today. Close each cycle with a status round, "@everyone one line each", and a grade against the acceptance checks each agent wrote first.

Practice. Create the routine, use Run now to get today's first report, then run one status round in Design pod.

New routine. Name: Competitor design watch. Instructions: Check the three named competitor sites for new pages, changed layouts, new visual campaigns and pricing pages, and report what changed with links. Say nothing about anything you could not verify. Frequency: Every week, Monday, 08:00.
