What each lesson covers
Which agents to hire, which Marketplace templates start them, and the order they need each other in.
Start from the work, not the tool: A study coach, a research assistant, a policy Q&A and a weekly planner as a team of agents for learning and teaching. The team is Coach (Learning and study coach), Ren · Research (Research assistant), Handbook (Document and policy Q&A), Planner (Calendar and weekly planning). Each starts from a Marketplace template, imported as your own copy, renamed and re-goaled on the setup card; nothing personal and no creator credentials come with a template.
Practice. Open Marketplace, Agent templates, and read the Instructions and Integrations of each template on this list before you import anything. Note which sources each one will ask you for.
Marketplace → Agent templates → open Learning and study coach. Read Instructions, then Integrations.
Import, rename, and give a goal with the deliverable, the sources and the finish line.
Import agent creates your copy and opens the setup card. Rename it, replace the goal with yours, and choose When to work. The coach is the first hire because everything else fits around the plan it makes: what to practise, when, and how you will know it worked.
Practice. Import Learning and study coach, rename it Coach, and paste your goal on the setup card. Choose Now, once, and Continue. Check its first deliverable in Doc Manager before the next hire.
Name: Coach. Goal: I am teaching myself Year 11 chemistry from the attached syllabus and textbook chapters. Build a six-week study plan as a document: for each week, the topics, two practice tasks with answers I can check, and a ten-minute self-test. Use only the attached material; flag any topic the material does not cover. When to work: Now, once.
Run the team in one room; hire the rest once the first deliverable exists.
Create group chat, name it Term one, add Coach, and post what the team is for. Then hire the second wave with goals that start by reading the first wave's document. @Name directs one member, @everyone the room, Work ↗ opens a member's session. The handbook agent answers only from approved documents; the researcher brings cited context for anything the material does not cover.
Practice. Create Term one, add each hire as it joins, and ask every member to post what it made and the one thing it would flag.
@everyone Welcome to term one. Coach's six-week plan is in the workspace. Handbook: answer questions only from the attached course handbook and say when the answer is not there. Ren: for the two topics Coach flagged as uncovered, find two cited explanations each. Post what you made and what you'd flag.
One recurring job on a schedule, then a status round and a grade.
A week that is planned on Sunday evening is a week that happens. Every run is a session under Finished today. Close each cycle with a status round, "@everyone one line each", and a grade against the acceptance checks each agent wrote first.
Practice. Create the routine, use Run now to get today's first report, then run one status round in Term one.
New routine. Name: Week plan. Instructions: Read my calendar and the study plan, and lay out the coming week: study blocks around fixed commitments, which practice tasks fall in which block, and one thing to carry over from last week. Deliver a short document. Frequency: Every week, Sunday, 18:00.
